Since 1993, One Heartland has provided hope, acceptance, compassion, advocacy and most importantly FUN to children, youth and their families infected or affected by HIV/AIDS and other significant life challenges.  Each summer, One Heartland invites over 500 children and families to take part in week-long camp sessions to help build confidence, introduce a community of support and understanding, and provide an escape from the stigma surrounding HIV/AIDS.  One Heartland owns the One Heartland Center in Willow River, Minnesota and rents facilities in New York and California where programming is also provided.

One Heartland also has developed year-round support for their clients through retreats, support groups, and partnerships with other like-minded organizations.
