Heartland Partners
One Heartland is a leader in camping, care and life planning for children and young adults impacted by HIV/AIDS. We are thrilled to be able to make a difference for many additional children who desperately need unconditional love and support. Because of poverty, isolation, misunderstanding and prejudice, these children are on the "fringes of society" and One Heartland's Heartland Partners program can help bring them into the mainstream.
